Herbal formulas for your own ailment? Or are you looking to research more into general cures? I saw your Facebook post about Chinese medicine, it was interesting, I should read up more on it because Ayurveda works on similar lines too.

more or less the same as usual. i'm learning proper herbal formulas now so it might improve in the near future if i pin down an ideal treatment.
