    Every day I go for the morning walk and also running. This is to good for body and muscle, blood circulation, heart, mind, stomach and eyes.

    Walking is really good for you. At the very least people need to get up and move around sometimes you know?

    Your leg become a strong with bones and muscles. If you are eating energy foods and yoga exercising this is much helpful for body.
