Thread: Is Norway an interesting place to visit?

Is Norway an interesting place to visit?

I've been to Norway once and it was a business trip so didn't have a chance to explore anything and now I am thinking about spending my vacation there. So, is there a lot of interesting places to see in the country or such a trip could become quite boring?

If you like fantastic mountain, sea, glacier landscapes then a trip to Norway won't be boring for you. What are definitely worth visiting are fjords. There are a lot of them and lots of tours of Norway are specialized in visiting them. Of course, Norwegian cities are beautiful too and there are places to visit but I would choose nature.

As for all questions of this type, it really depends on what you are interested in.
Here are the top places to visit in Norway:

    1. The Lofoten Islands
    2. Bergen
    3. Tromsų
    4. Oslo
    5. The Geirangerfjord
