My new pivot thread.

Hey, guys. I'm starting a new pivot thread because I'm dissapointed with the anims in my old one.


Best one so far. I know there's no jump. I'll fix that later. (I also haven't added the ground. It changes because he's jumping off of something.)

Here's the finished product. The gravity mess-up was.. a messup. I fixed a couple of things, like the framerate, that's why the other one was so stiff.


First anim for this thread:



It's my best one so far, I'm noticing the left foot shake a whole lot. I also took what Zed said, and not to do frontside jumps, because they're unnatural.

So, CNC?

CNC - Go look very closely at the main pivot physics tut/pratice makes perfect....
hmmm....Zed might say something about picturing yourself or someone in real life doing that and then make the animation.....

I'll assume the lack of gravity was intended, so there's that. His buildup to the jump looks really stiff and unnatural, as if he's making a huge point out of tensing up for that two foot jump.

Now that I look at it, it IS stiff on the buildup. I'll fix that, Thanks!
