    Yes work on the hands you also need to work on moving the back when he runs. This is more of a jog, if you want a run you put more force itno the steps and make the legs stretch longer and back bent more.

    What these guys said but also, the loop is way too stiff. There is no flow in his arms. Look at other people running, or get up and run yourself. Your arms don't move like that (it would be pretty awkward). Also The pause between steps seems to rigid. It may be just me but you might want to work on making the steps flow smoothly into each other as well.
