I stare at their nose and then nod my head a couple of times so it looks like i'm paying attention/listening.

I just stare blankly at them, because I'll just end up thinking of something else.

You guys look at their faces the entire time? I don't do that even if I'm in a pretty serious conversation/a conversation I'm invested in.

I would usually look away at different intervals subconsciously. If the dude's boring then I'll just stop looking at him altogether.

I end up looking at random places then face, then another random place. I can't really stay focused on staring at a person's face for too long especially if I find the speaker boring as fuck.
