Back when I first played, we do. I think stunning was important for hard hitters like Cadenza. If he manages to get in first, his damage is usually enough to stun which then cancels a potential damage threat. I haven't watched the vid though, what do you actually mean with your question? Haha.

I check them automatically. There were few instances of the StunGuard activating, but they were there.

Well, unless specified otherwise, all characters have a Stun Guard of 0. That means if they take damage without Stun Guard or Soak, then they'll be "Stunned" and unable to attack that beat. It gives more reason to have high Priority, and like you said, with heavy hitters like Cadenza, who most of his styles provide some form of guard and he has his Iron Body tokens which allow infinite Stun Guard, if we don't calculate Stuns in the first place, then your tokens are kinda useless as things currently stand.

What I mean is, if I hit Error, and he doesn't Ante and doesn't have Soak or Stun Guard, will he still get to attack, or will he be stunned?

He'll be stunned. But Cadenza allows one to spend tokens IN battle as well as Ante, so he may interrupt an attack he sees coming.
