HUGO

Abilities:
Hugo is a strong, fast, and at times cruel fighter, with much higher strength, speed, and stamina than a normal human.
His robotic body has a somewhat high damage resistance that comes with jet-fueled feet and two literal hand cannons, that are able to shoot from small bullets to grenades and fire as well.

Weaknesses:
Most things that affect average robots affect Hugo as well, as he is very weak to electricity.
Hugo has limits, and because he is mostly robot, he cannot break these limits like humans. If he tries to do so, he will most likely completely shutdown.
He also has a limited power source that, although is fairly long and powerful, he cannot put too much strain on.

Story:
Hugo began as a small human boy with dreams of becoming a superhero. His parents were cruel, however, with a neglectful mother and an abusive father, Hugo had a very tough life. Eventually he ran away to his Uncle, who was an ingenious mechanic. His uncle, Jeremiah, taught Hugo basic self defense and combat, and treated Hugo like he was his own son. Hugo had quite the talent for combat, so much that he became a professional mercenary. It paid well, and was fun for Hugo, until a certain mission occurred that he failed. His mission was to infiltrate an enemy mob boss building and take some intel, however he was caught in the action. The boss said he would go easy on Hugo, and instead of killing him cut both of Hugo's hands off and beat him to near-death. His uncle was distraught when he found Hugo in the hospital, and wanted to make Hugo stronger. He rebuilt Hugo into a cyborg fighting machine, and Hugo was very glad. He was different, though, as the beatings from the boss gave him severe brain damage, and made Hugo clinically insane. To this day, Hugo believes that he has become the hero he truly wanted to be, and fights crime (or whoever honestly) to live up to his dreams.
