I hav a very important question... to contruct good and clean stickfigures, how much smoothing should i put?

General answer: Around 30 - 70
Detailed answer: There isn't really a specific amount of making the limbs and lines "smooth". The higher the number, the sharper it gets and the lower the number, the more "raw" it is. In the end, as long as it fits your style of animating, then all is well.
