2 things:
1.) For the love of animation canvases, please put your dimensions practically. You know, dimensions where the viewer doesn't have to zoom out just to see your animation
2.) What am I supposed to C&C here? It's a stickfigure, an incomplete one at that, doing something? A step? What are you aiming for to "practice"?

Personal Note: Doing other people style's isn't a bad thing and using their animation patterns for reference is actually a good thing, but I don't think you're quite ready for that yet. Go back to the basic ball or if you insist on animating stickfigures, animate individual actions and actually finish them.

Oh nice! Alright, here's what I can say so far:

1.) Stiffness. When you animate, normally and generally, you have to animate all body parts to prevent it from looking "stiff". However, you can tweak this rule and it's mostly seen in fullbody animations (Mostly in Anime due to budget) in which only the arm and head would move and the body would stay in place for somewhat "static" movements but you have to realize they do this because of (a) budget and (b) it's a fullbody and the amount of detail that the viewer has to take in is much more and thus, they don't really see the non-moving body. In your case, it's a stickfigure and man it's as clear as day if you actually don't let body parts. Now, I'm not saying you should animate each body part as this is more on style and preference (I prefer all body parts to move) but clearly, in your animation, it really is objectively stiff because it's only the head and the arm moving. A rule of thumb for stickfigures, especially in close view shots, is that only let 1 or 2 body parts be static (Let's say the right leg or main body) and animate everything. This way, it hopefully won't show up and is actually quite a good trick in saving your time and energy in animating them.

2.) Stop and Go. Okay, so I can see you got the poses right and their transition from one to the next but your next problem is that you're making them feel like segments rather than as a whole. What I mean is, it feels like I'm watching different scenes of movements rather than one whole flow of it because each time you finish a certain movement, you make the figure stop COMPLETELY. It disrupts the flow of movement (Which isn't necessarily a bad thing but in this case it is) and it throws off the viewer into what could be a great "en garde!" scene. So yeah, don't just fully stop movements once they're in their poses but rather, continue to animate them and add inbetween's to make them flow from that pose to the other.

3.) Resizing. Pretty straight forward. Most noticeable with the arm being raised (Even if it's in perspective, there is no way that the arm would shrink that much. Only the forearm would). So yeah, don't worry, resizing and consistency goes along with practice and awareness of your figures volume. Just keep it up and you'll notice it will become second nature for you to always check on the consistency of your figures.

Personal Note: I applaud you for listening to our feedback and criticism's AND actually creating something out of it to benefit you. Just keep it up and try your best not to make a "Montage" of unfinished tests as those are the hardest to give feedback and frankly, I don't want to use my time to give C&C towards montages, so yeah. Also, that rainbow effect though.
