He has a an ability to make his weapon have more damage to his opponent but this ability needs to charge and he can summon his weapon


-Weakness
His weakness is that when his weapon is too far from him he gets weak and slowly weaken and the opponent can take advantage from that and should not let him summon his weapon


-Story
Since he was a kid he always wanted to be table tennis player but his parent didn't want to. So he went somewhere he can forget about his parent. One day he woke up in a laboratory when scientist gathered, theywere wall talking about experimenting him into a weopon. The scientist ask him what he always wanted to be. He said to be the best table tennis player so the scientist made a weapon that is suited for him since then he used the weapon for fighting
