For your whole body animation, I feel like the legs need to bend more and the back needs to bend more as well, if you look at people throwing baseballs irl, you'll see most of them bend quite a bit when throwing a ball. When the guy throws his ball, his legs look somewhat unnatural.

This reminds me of a couple of scenes I did for my "That Guy #2" demo.

My only criticism here is stay away from fullbodies. You clearly don't have a clear idea of how the human body is formed. I'd say stop it with drawing fullbodies, focus on a ball, or if you insist with drawing a figure then go for stickfigures, to at least improve your basic animation fundamentals. As of now, the whole piece is quite bad but hey, I at least understood what actions they were trying to do so that's a start.
