Multi-weapon: Parts made by a specially enhanced and resilient metal of various shapes and sizes that are stored in different places on his stabilizer. Electroshock can control them with his electromagnetic powers and create any weapon he wants. The weapon transformation will take from very little to no time.
Stabilizer: Sort of a backpack on his back(which is connected with him) that stabilizes the amounts of electricity in his body.
Augment modes: Electroshock can chosse to combine his stabilizer and multi-wepon to enter one of three modes. He can have only one mode at a time.

Magnetic flight: He can create electricity that enables him to hover by changing the electrical charge thus pushing him upwards.
Electromagnetic field: Has his own electromagnetic field which can be empowered to stop any projectile towards him. Unempowered can only stop slow bullets. It also helps him to detect surroundings behind him or when he is blinded.
Lighning Strike: He shoots variant amounts of lightning to a specific target.
Electrical production: The amount of electricity he produces is often affected by his mood. The calmer he is the less he produces. Trying to make him angry will be bad for you.
Epsilon state: Using his stabilizer and multi-weapon Electroshock can enter a state and he gains inhuman speed and reflexes, brutal streangth and enhanced versions of magnetic flight and lightning storm. This will make his multi-weapon unavailable but he can use all his other abailities together. He produces much more electricity. In this state he has all his modes on together.

One at a time: Electroshock can use only one ability each time(e.g. his multi-weapon will collapse if he uses lightning storm).
Exhausted: Once he leaves Epsilon state Electroshock can't use lightning storm or magnetic flight. He can be in Epsilon state for 5-15 seconds based on how electricity has used before.
Recharge: His stabilizer needs time to recharge once he leaves Epsilon state. This take a lot more time than a fight lasts so he has to use it wisely, carefully and in the end of the fight or to end the fight.
Unstabilized: He depends on his stabilizer. If it damaged or destroyed Electroshock will build huge amounts of elctricity, over a period of time not instantly and will be overwhelmed and die in an explosion of energy(Note, while he is building up energy he CAN USE it for a short period of time. He isn't stunned or something like that).
Human roots: He isn't very good in hand-to-hand combat and can't take much damage. He is less resistant than an average man but is more agile so he avoids more easily dangerous hits. He can die with a bullet in his head or a sword in his stomach like every human.
Limits: He can use only a limited amount of electricity based on how much he generates and how much his stabilizer has. He will be careful with its use so it will be hard to make waste any of it.
Consumption: His abilities require different amounts of electricity. LIghtning strike(heavy)>Magnetic flight>Lightning strike(light)>Augment modes>Electromagnetic field(empowered)>Multi-weapon>Electromagnetic field(passive)>Stabilizer(0)-Epsilon state (also 0)>Electrical production (really?)

Electroshock is very ingoing and doesn't talk much but he will make a clever comment given the chance. He is clever and will wait to examine and see his opponent to form a strategy. He is more offensive that defensive but he has his moves planned and carefully executed and can get from aggression to protection quickly. He uses logic at all cases and bases his moves and strategy on logical conclusions.

Electroshock is 22 years old with light brown short hair(not too short) with average facial characteristics. He isn't very muscular but is very agile and quick. He is heigher tha naverage but not too high. His boby weight is less than average though because of the conditions he lived in. His clothes aren't anything special. Normal clothes that will be most time dirty and in a bad mess. Also whatever he wears stays on him for a long time because it is very hard to put on clothes with a 3kg stabilizer stung inside you through your spine. It also makes ot very hard to sleep with.

Electroshock doesn't have any memoriesfrom his childhood. Simply because e didn't have. He was taken away from a very young age by a clan. They raised him till the age of 10 and then started training him as an assassin. But it quickly becama apparent that he had more power amd that he could be more. He spent 1 year of rough tests to determine his powers and find out exactly what he was capable to do. After that he spent the next 3 years developing his powers. Always in the worst conditions possible. The clan didn't want him only to be able to use his powers to their full extent. They wanted to strengthen him. But what they saw as strengthening it was actually weakening him. That show up when he was 15 on his first mission. At the beggining they saw it as bad luck. When it was clear that he would never be able to accomplish a mission the clan locked Electroshock in a special room where he could serve a different purpose. One that he could not fail. He was responsible for powering up the whole clan's HQ. That required vast amounts of energy from Electroshock's part. This situation kept going for six months. But this experience gave him the time and the freedom to develop a stronger bond with his powers. He found out himself how to control the electricity he created. And although his first attempt to escape failed, it opened the path for a second one. He tried to keep all the energy he preoduced within him instead of giving it to the generators. He also drew BACK all the energy it was already running through the facilities thus shutting it down. With all this energy he created a blast that shook the whole building. But that wasn't enough. After the first panicking of the clan's members they eventueally caught him and repaired all that could be repaired. They then kept him with even stricter conditions. They also put an extra barrier between him and the generators. They now had him power batteries that where later used to power the generators. They now kept him in that situation for 2 years. During that time he studied a lot on mechanics and fighting techniques. They also added him a stabilizer similar to the one he has currently. This one wasn't built to help him control the amounts of electricity he created. It was controled by the clan's leaders and was used to make him unwillingly give the power he created where they pleased. But after 2 years Electroshock saw the opportunity to break free. The men responsible for his daily had loosen up in those 2 years and weren't so careful with their movements. They had left 2 more spare batteries next to the one Electroshock was supposed to charge. They were close enough so he could drain the energy from them and unleash it upwards, creating a tunnel to freedom. Halfway through with an augmented jump he reached the laboratory where his stabilizer was built in the first place. He took many parts to repair his current one because it was destroyed from the power he received from the batteries. In all the chaos created Electroshock was able to escape.He settled under a tree after he thought he was long enough and safe to rest. He sat there to repair his stabilizer but modified it to the he wears at the moment. It was a hard task and he got it right on time. If he hadn't used all that energy he would be dead but because he was "empty" he managed to survive without the stabilizer for a while. From that time he lived alone in a nearby town. In time, while he was trying to build a weapon with all the parts that were left from the stabilizer. He created then his trusty muli-weapon when he realized that he need different weapon for different situation. What better from EVERY weapon?

Electroshock was walking in an alley a cold day after a storm when suddenly his way was blocked by a big man 8-9 feet tall and very muscular. Shortly he was surronded by other men of his size them all, instead, holding rifles or swords. The big guy, obviously the leader of the group, talked."We finally found you. For such a troublemaker you are hard to find. You are now coming with us either the easy way or the hard way". Electroshock replied him with a small laugh in his face and took a fighting stance."Bring it on"."Fine, have it your way. Just let me know who i will say the broken bones belong to"."Well, you never told me my REAl name and you gave me a stupid code name. Technically i never had a name. Say that it was....hmmm......*thinking*...say it was Electroshock who beat you up. And who am i going to beat up"?"Name's Bull but the second part ain't gonna happen. Get him boyz".
Two of the men both holding swords rushed to him but with a swift move 6 metal parts hovered in the air creating to daggers and flying one to each one, both striking in their heads. The other men were shocked by that reaction and that way Electroshock found the opportunity to use all the parts of his multi-weapon to kill as many as he could. He prioritized the ones holding rifles. Finally when the men recovered from the shock they started attacking more organized than anyone would expect, considering what happened to them just before. The remaining riflemen distracted Electroshock while the sworsmen closed in. Electroshock used his multi-weapon to create a shield to redirect the bullets flying at him. When the bullet maelstorm stopped Electroshock stored his multi-weapon on his stabilizer and then shot electric waves to all directions thus killing all the men rushing at him and 2 more riflemen. Only 3 more riflemen remained alive and the Bull who was watching keenly all the time from safe distance. 2 of them ran off scared but the one left raised his gun but befor he could press the trigger he felt very blood run from 3 points on his temple. He looked down and saw 3 daggers on his chest, then fellon the alley's floor dead." That was a quick battle. But i will be more than enough for you"said the Bull with a grin on his face. He then run towards Electroshock with speed you wouldn't expect from a man THAT big and heavy. Electroshock was caught off guard and was knocked back on the ground violently, scratching his stabilizer. The Bull knew how dependant he was on his stabilizer and was planing to use that. Not a second after Electroshock got up a heavy punch hit him on his chest pushing him back. Many more punching continued until the Bull slipped on the floor(because that day it was cold and hymid after raining)and that gave Electroshock time to recover the dazzle from all that punching. He then used his multi-weapon to create gaunlets to much Bull's force. Then they both threw a punch to each other with their right fists and because they had now the same force they both had their hands knocked back equally. Using his magnetic flight electroshock quickly got behind the Bult, before he recovered the effect from the impact, and formed his multi-weapon into a spear and stabbed the Bull through the spine. He drew the spear back and took few cautious steps back as the Bull stood there still. He then heard a laughter coming from him."You will need lot more than this to harm me boy" mocked the Bull. Then Elctroshock formed a strategy that would work on anyone like him. He realized that he may be strong but his defense was poor."My hits may not be as strong as yours, but i am hitting at least"."You want another beatin' round?". He leashed forward toward Electroshock but Electroshock's reflexes this time didn't dissapoint him, he shot a powerfull lighting that didn't stop the Bull but at least it made him turn and sidestep and fell to the ground, his face rubbing in the stone floor. When he got up his, vision still blurred, he saw vast amounts of light and electricity coming out of Electroshock, mostly from his stabilizer. Electroshock entered Epsilon state and suddently everything seemed slow to him. In no time he closed the distance between him and the Bull and then he unleashed his full power on him.A maelstorm of punches and kicks hit the Bull who had no time to realisze that he was even being attacked. With a speed of 30 punches per second the Bull was barely standing on his knees. But even then Electroshock could hear from the Bull a faint laughter and an even fainter voice."Still weak". In Electroshock's right fist gathered vast amounts of electricity and striked a final punch on Bull's head decapitating. He concluded after all that he wouldn't run after the men who ruined his life and he wouldn't take revenge. He would try to live his life mostly by stealing. Until the day he heard about an RHG fighting organization.....
