-Speed: Can be about fast like a 2x human and very agility
-Teleport: Just teleport
-Supa Speed: Just very hard to hit because he's more active and like after drinking coffee, Hes reflex actions are fast that's why he's hard to hit can be used for about 5 seconds if he's using it he have a blue glowing thing on his back
-Electricity: Just small electric power he could use it for he's speed and doing electric blast and also to electrify them, His lightning color is light blue, By the way this can be used for his supa speed
Strengths:
-Good at close combat uses taekwondo and street fighting
-Very agility doesn't get tired
-Fast reflex
-When he knew your about to kill him he might go serious or brutal
Weaknesses:
-Hates water because it will hurt him and he will lose he's electricty
-Cant teleport when angry
-Forgets how to use super speed he can only do it when almost losing/dying
-Gets tired or weaker after using supa speed
-Scared of scary things like monsters, ghost .....ect (he's a coward)

Character Bio:
Lived in the underground. He was always gets beaten up and none of them doesn't talk to him. His parents died few years ago because of the earthquake and he only survived, None of them help his family. His moms last words is "take care". Then Speedy sat on his knees and cried. He couldn't sleep but some glowy thing approached
that is light blue then goes right into he's chest and he felt better. The next day some jerks came and making me out of the underground because he has no money the jerks were planning to just kill and they did, But it was a surprise for him that he can dodge all easily all the hits and punch harder the jerks lost and ran crying. Then Speedy escaped the underground. Then found the rhg and joined. Today the jerks are still finding him for revenge.
