what frame rate should i use to get smoth animation

fps doesn't matter... it depends on how small your movements are.

i liked the tut ... shooting and blood was the most helpfull for me .. i knew the rest by my self ... notice that you never really stand still when walking (in the tut he does).. to bad for that
