First Power comes from his His staff called The Staff of Archen which allows him to create rune enchantments on the floor,wall basically anything that he can touch his other power comes from his years of experience summoning many Machina Thralls.Machina Thralls are part Undead and part machine they have shields which they can use to bash or protect themselves or Derindal with and can quickly stab and run away before an enemy has the chance to strike back.

Weaknesses (Click to Show)

Derindal's number one weakness is melee attacks since he has no spells or runes that can protect him from melee attacks another weakness is that Machina Thralls are not very hard to kill. The last weakness is that he himself can't fight very well with speedsters.

Story (Click to Show)

Derindal is a respected teacher at the College Of Machina after 5 years of teaching at the college he went underground doing experiments to make himself immortal so that he can can teach more students one of those experiments went wrong.On his right hand he began to have a green veins which indicated that he has been corrupted with a curse that doesn't doing anything physically but it limits his power to a senior students level sadly the council decided that he cannot uphold his title without his power being limited so they sent him out to figure out how to cure his curse.Two years later he began to show signs of power coming back to him so he was able to create Machina Thralls again but not have all his power back.
