Powers:
ice/water bending
fire bending
air bending
Earth bending
Full power(a form that is activated before death and turns him into his current power in use, also it takes 5 seconds to switch powers)


fighting style:
he uses water/ice when he is laid back and studying his enemy.
uses earth when he is defensive.
uses air when evading.
uses fire when he wants his enemy DEAD.


weakness:
he cant instantly switch powers (takes 30 seconds to switch from fire to air ect)
he is weak from the opposite power(fire is hurt by water ect)
He dies from being hit by all his powers.
he is tired from his full power form.

Decent RHG, but you don't have a 150x150 pixel image or an animation demonstrating his powers, both of which are required.

Besides your character is missing a Demonstration, here's a question,
does Jeffrey specifically transition into a specific manipulation? like, one at a time?
another question, when in Full Power; does he become that element that he manipulates? like elemental?
for example; He's manipulating Earth, but almost dies so he resorts to Full Power, does he become an Earth Elemental?
