Steam is a clockwork automaton with a steam engine and a backup combustion engine.
Weapons
Steam's pistol : A vertical double barrel steam pressure pistol. It fires .300 caliber spherical rounds with pressurized steam. The clip holds 67 bullets. 66 of them are normal. 1 Is a hyper bullet.
Snake rounds: Before firing the next six bullets are fitted with micro jets for lock on bullets on command.(Voice command)
Boom: All bullets within shouting distance explode into a cloud of boiling Steam
Hyper: This bullet has frozen hyper compressed steam.(When it makes comtact it explodes into a cloud of steam that instantly freezes anything in the radius.)
Steam's Twin blades : These blades are stored in his forearms. They are crescent shaped and were Steam's original weapons when he was controlled by the Hell Flame. They are sharp enough to cut through titanium blocks.
Steam's other commands.
Vent: Steam vents all the Steam in his system to either hide in or ready for Ignite or Release restraint.(Steam moves slower while Vented)
Ignite: Ignite sparks the combustion engine in Steam making his faster as the cost of his strength.
Release Restraint:This releases the restraints Steam has set on his strength though it doesn't release them entirely they only allow him to be at twenty percent efficiency.(Must have a time limit.)
Vector jets: (Can only be used with steam pressure) Small jets increase Steam's maneuverability. (Also he can fly for short amounts of time.)
Protocol Metal Demon: Lets just say anyone who is within three miles of Steam will die. This command reverts Steam to his original state(The metal Demon) and unless you are very important to him (friends and such) Then you better start running. Steam sheds his shell and only uses his blades in this mode. (He almost never uses this mode)
Fuel types
Gasoline/booze :This is Steam normal source of fuel. Nothing special.
Nitro: Increased speed for short bursts.
His cigs : Steam has hand made cigarettes. They are wood soaked in gasoline wrapped in rubber then dusted in either coal or charcoal dust. These are another normal fuel source for him.
History
Steam was built around a deal made with a demon. The Demon gave Steam's creator a spark of Hell fire from the depths of hell itself. His creator infused the metal he used to create Steam with magic so that is could contain the flame. But the deal was that this flame would build a masterpiece but he traded it for his soul when he died. The trick was that the flame as it was ignited inside Steam burnt down the workshop and the inventor with it. It certainly made a Masterpiece but the inventor didn't see it work. Steam spent the centuries that the Hell flame burnt wandering through the world as a fighting automaton. He had no will other than the flame that burnt within him that had no mind for anything else than bloodlust. This will of flame went on for several centuries going back to hell whenever it needed to be relight. All the trips to hell bled into the magic infused into the metal creating Steam's persona or at least a version of it. Steam tried to fight against the flame to stop killing but he couldn't overpower it. Until a demon approached him. Steam begged for freedom from the flame that controlled him. The Demon known as Xurii accepted the deal on the condition he helped her escape from hell and back to the mortal realm. Steam accepts immediately. Xurii extinguishes the evil flame and lights a new flame within him. Steam uses the last of the Hell flame within him to create a Portal out of hell through which the two escaped. They split paths there and Steam not knowing anything other than how to fight he returns to the arena and fights for the fun not for the blood.
Personality
Steam is a Pervy son of a gun(Literally his shoulder tendon piston was part of a gun barrel.) He drinks a lot (The beer acts as a fuel source.) He smokes hand made cigarettes(Another fuel source(They are wood sticks dipped in gasoline wrapped in rubber and the coated in coal dust.)).

Appearance
Steam is a steampunk automaton. He has an outer shell covering his inner working. His outer shell is made of interlocking metal plates. He can shed this shell for increased mobility and he will when he Releases his restraints. when he does this he looks like a skeleton made of pipes and gears(the scare factor)
