Friction

Abilities:
Friction has the ability to control the amount of friction a surface has (Friction is also affected by this). That's it... No other fancy shmancy powers. The guy doesn't even know how to fight.
Weaknesses:
The boy can't fight. Like he legit doesn't know how to. Sure hes seen pro wrestling a couple times but that doesn't count. Also, he can only change the levels of friction for one thing so he can't change the chairs friction and the desks friction at the same time. He's also a major pussy, like he doesn't want to be involved in any trouble or fighting or anything manly.
Story:
This man just woke up one day, got off his bed and slipped on the floor... and slipped again, and again and again till he was spinning like Sonic the plumber. He was spinning so fast that he ended up getting dizzy and then started vomiting insane amounts, spinning in his own vomit, he tried to concentrate as hard as he could. Then he finally stopped spinning, but ended up flying into his wall, resulting in a huge crack still there to this day, in his bedroom wall. From then on, he could control the levels of friction applied to things. He's still a pussy though.

Good to see you're back. But doesn't it make him OP since if the floor is so slippery how will the opponent every reach him? Also, does the friction changing also affect him?

An RHG that can't throw even the bluntest punches, but can break the laws of physics in the blink of an eye? BRILLIANT!

Also quick question, what's the diameter of this friction controlling? It can't be limitless, that'll be too op in my opinion.
Just imagine all those buildings, heck, even cities crumbling by just one simple flick of a finger, turning all friction on or off globally..

Try this.

He can also increase the friction of things as well right?

So couldn't he just cause the friction around him to increase until things start to be set ablaze the second they try to move?

It says he can only change the friction of surfaces, and only one at a time.

However, until a limit is set, he can remove friction for the whole ground, or make it so extream you can't walk...

Yea, I forgot to add that to his abilities. It does effect him. Thanks for reminding me :D Also, anyone who can fly or use projectiles can catch him. Heck, you can even jump.

I would think that the air has a surface, since the definition is :

surface
[sur-fis]

noun

the six surfaces of a cube.
3.
extent or area of outer face; superficial area.
4.
the outward appearance, especially as distinguished from the inner nature:

The air falls under the first and second definitions, as it has an exterior and and interior.

And wouldn't the surface of say, the ground be connected to the rest of the continent he's on? So it would be continental friction control if he did it on the ground where he was standing.

Levitating ability and this guy is useless, might wanna add something that helps him fight when that situation kicks in

(levitating is different from flying, you don't need fluid friction to levitate)
