Alright, so, I tallied the votes and brought it down to three, in most cases. I did vote to break some ties, but other categories were everyone voted for something different, I left as is.

We already have best magic and best weapon, but what about best ability? I'm opting to vote in best ability.

Not sure if I filled out that category right or not. If it means writers that joined in 2016 are eligible as rookies of the (last) year, then Alph qualifies.
But if I'm reading it wrong, then I'm reading it wrong.

wRHG Rookie is the character of a 2016 newcomer
Most Missed refers to someone who was once here but isn't now
