Dear diary, when running at super speed, how do you prevent insects from getting into your nose?

After running for some time we met with some men who advised us not to go to Neila village because it was under attack or something this was a problem because that was where I was supposed to get some armor and other essential’s, Reiner told me I was not ready to help and advised we go straight to the capital, and so we ran some more. It’s hard to measure the kilometer’s we ran when you are moving at high speeds. Reiner said its good we ran as much as we did so I could improve my stamina and test my Abilities, as time went by and the sun begun to set, you can imagine my excitement after, a city came into view.
it had high walls about 50 Meter’s high with Gate’s that were the same height, “how do they open those thing’s” I said to my escort Reiner “huh….oh with Mana of Course, there is an orb in the watch tower that’s high on this wall. When certain People place their hands there the Gate’s open” “oh Neat” I responded as I slowed down, when I arrived there were several people going in with Luggage than the one’s going out there were several Chariot’s and a Guard’s Standing by the gate. Reiner waved at one of the guards who waved back and let us through.
The City was lively, I saw plenty of armed men with insignia’s moving about they were all human, which was disappointing seeing I wanted to see an elf up close, maybe I’ll ask Reiner later if they have those in this world. there were Houses left and right of the Road we were on, the road’s all went uphill and I could see a castle in the distance, a small transparent screen appeared in front of me indicating my speed had gone up to 35% while my agility went up to 50% the screen indicated I had gained 25 experience points, my level was still one though, I needed 500 exp(experience points) to go up to level two, which is going to be hard to do, but if I don’t I will definitely lose in the battle for Excalibur, “So my dear Hero, welcome to the City of Dreagar the Home of hero’s” said Reiner, “the houses look awesome they look a bit like the houses from a certain book I once read , I can’t wait to see mine” “oh? You’ll see” said Reiner, 30 min later we were standing in front of an old Lodge that honestly looked abandoned and out of place, “and there Hero, is your Abode” said Reiner with a mocking smile” “eh...you mean you live here?” “no,no,no” I live over here she said pointing a lodge in the distance “wait why does your lodge look Better than mine, shouldn’t hero’s sleep in comfortable places” “I thought the goddess explained to you she has pretty much nothing no influence no power no riches, she spent most of it trying to get her Previous hero’s to win, I was just repaying a favor ,that’s why I came to pick you I even got you a room just tell the lodge manager I sent you, otherwise I’m part of guild I’m not one of the goddess’s servants.” “Damn it I’m really starting to regret coming here” I said to myself. Any way I will be living now, Im curious to find out how you will lose this time” ‘this woman, what’s wrong with her how do you say such a thing to a new comer ‘I thought to myself as I watched Reiner walk off, I looked at the lodge and Exhaled, in any Case….I should do this, fame and riches await. I went through the entrance only to find a middle aged man at a counter.
“Welcome…how may I help” said the manager with a smile, ‘aaah the manager A.K.A the information guy at the inn if this is anything like a game this man must have a few stories to share, .…also it reek’s of alcohol in here’, I stepped in the first room, that was also the dining place there was a Man counting a few coins while looking miserable in the Conner “hi….umm Reiner said she already booked a room for me” “aaah so you are goddess Kinara’s new hero said the manager as the bright smile he had earlier disappeared, he tossed me some key’s, “first floor last door to the left”. ‘this Jerk the moment he finds out im broke his attitude changes completely well that’s something we have on earth as well, if Iam to get any information I need to be on good terms with him…well screw that I don’t want to be friends with this guy’ I quietly took the key’s he gave me and went to the room he showed me, It was barely evening but I was already feeling sleepy ‘I guess all that running got to me finally’, I found an old looking bed with dirty blankets blanket’s ‘Fan freaking tastic’ I thought to myself, while walking around, the room was pretty empty, I was too tired to start Complaining, I fell back and closed my eyes, while I slowly drifted off to sleep.
I heard something winged insect fall on my chest, “…….” I shook it off, only to see a roach falling off to the ground, which had even more roaches, I looked at the roof and saw More of them there. “Sigh“I left the room and went to the dining area, it was dark outside but I could still hear noises from people singing and dancing I sat on a chair in the dining area, while grumbling to myself" that goddess told me she was broke...but she left out how broke,…I take back what i said, want to go home. -_- ."

Kaaya Sanasuke was ranked number 1 most skilled Player since its creation in 2005, from 2005 to 2010 he participated in over 50 major MMO Rpg tournaments all over the world and 12 World tournament’s which had him ranked the third most skilled MMO RPG player in the world , but an issue in the 2011 dragon’s and warriors tournament had him banned, after which he disappeared from the gaming world,” I said to Elsa a goddess who lost her right to participate in the festival of the god’s due to a challenge by the primal god 3 years ago, “is that why you’re confident he will make a difference” “yes” I responded immediately, Elsa looked at me with one eyebrow raised, “you don’t Know there are other earthlings here, 51 Heroes’ that’s the number of hero’s we have and that’s just the number we know we have and 9 of these 51 are from an earth of some sort from one of the plains. Apart from that there are other races that begin with high base level’s because of their Genetic makeup, so I don’t really see what’s special about these Earthling’s” Elsa said still unconvinced “well you do remember the Hero who did the most damage to your heroes was an earthling girl” “well she lost to Julias...twice, The second time the condition for the game was that she Joins the primal god taking her over to his side with his second win.” Said Elsa convinced I had no chance of winning “that’s only because Julias was a level 8 at the time and the girl put up a good fight even though she was but a level 3” “well will see Kinara, say let’s have a bet, your Hero won’t last through the Game for that sword Excalibur, if I win the bet, you give me your last village that is Neila, if you win I give you the gauntlet of Tan-iim, which my Previous Hero had before he left.” Elsa was tampering at my innate nature as god’s there were very few things we could do to entertain ourselves the things that gave us the biggest thrill, was to gamble ,I couldn’t resist “fine” oh so you really have Confidence he can win against a Party of hero’s who have better armor than he does”

just as I finished declaring my Confidence Kaaya used Connect to reach me “Hey Kinara, i have seen a lot of interesting things, and i have decided...i'm ready to go back home now ^_^ “ said kaaya “elsa looked at me with a smirk…”eh ill go answer this call out….side”
