I dont know if i already reported this, but this guy just made a not-RHG and wRHG. Someone should either bin these or lock em. The guy hasn't come back since so the former...?

Abilities: can teleport, can allow his dragon form to take hold in human which lets him have wings and can fight with them, turn mass to elemental chaos energy which he can control from any distance, can transform into four different forms each with different powers, has incredible strength and speed, can withstand tremendous force and when severely injured can transform into a enormous fire dragon which makes him twice as powerful.

Weakness: certain abilities have a short charge rate and can only transform every 15 seconds, and dragon form can only be used once per battle.

Story: at a young age he was sent to a school for inhuman beings, his master sent him to a realm of oblivion and had to survive on his own without any help, after 2,000 years of being trapped in the dark prison he escaped and rebelled against his master forming an army of his own known as the Chaos clan. he now seeks revenge on his master and will kill any dragon hunter or human in general to achieve that.
