he is a ninja that has a red eye and a blue eye. he hides his face and only takes it off around people he likes. he has super human speed and stamina and great agility. he uses a katana and a scythe.

Here's what you have to have for a page (these are requirements, you need them asap)

You need an Image of your character that's 150x150 pixels large
you need to describe all of your characters abilities in enough detail for people to effectively animate them
you need to describe all of your characters weaknesses in enough detail for another animator to use in an animation
you need some sort of story for your RHG
you need an animation made by yourself, demonstrating all of your characters abilities and weaknesses
you need a section for your battles
you need a section for your win/loss points

Thank all of you for your feedback. I really appreciate it. I will try to get a picture of death and post it as soon as possible. I would do a animation but I am not so good with that.

Then why make any of this at all?

You need an animation demonstrating your RHG's abilities, a 150x150 picture, and and availability for a complete RHG thread.

I don't think you get it, an animated demo is a requirement, you can't make an RHG without one (everything I mentioned in my last post is also required by RHG rules)

also as xyskal said, if you don't want to animate (no matter what the reason), why join an animation site and make an animation based character?
