The combat was good, but in between scenes, it's hard to follow the action, like when the group of sticks attacked the main guy, I got lost for a sec.

the choreo was ok but the actual movements were stiff and choppy
also, hate to be that guy but it's practice

Maybe not making them all the same color would allow you to follow the action and the focus of the animation easier. The main stick could be a grey or some other color to let him stand out.
