Okay, looks like everyone's paired up as of right now! Great! Aquila and Alph have teamed together, making the pairings:
Abbas (Me) and Cassady (Urako);
Eric (GenericAnon) and Ana (Oster);
Clive (Cassandra) and Sugar (Crank);
Light (Devi) and Halle (Chromium7);
Cynthia (Alphaeus) and Loch (Aquila);
Also, for those who might have missed in the Discord server, I have confirmed the official start date of the RP to be the 27th of July (Sorry Crank). As of right now it is 9:23 A.M my on the 21st of July, this will give you guys plenty of time to read up on other fighters and fans in case you switch partners in the future.
Also, Generic, thanks for the suggestions, I'll hold onto those guys' profiles in case I decide to integrate them sometime in the future.

You might have to wait a few hours after noon. Sorry. You can say Cassady was running late or something if necessary.

Alright, alright. If anyone has any objections to the start time as well, speak up now, to avoid further conflict. For right now I'm going to have the RP start at 2 o'clock in the afternoon tomorrow.

I dunno what Iggy was planning directly, but I thought we would be able to choose when "you" come in. Like me and Chrom are doing a thing where I come a bit later, after he has talked a bit.

As in precisely at noon, seems odd that it'd be pushed back, no disrespect to Urako. Some of us are probably going to be working that day, some may be at school or asleep. It's always gonna be scattered to a degree, so I'm just mildly confused about the pushback

Actually, yeah, I'm just going to have it start at noon, seems like an okay time to start. If people can't get into it right away, then that's okay, whoever they're partners with can simply mill about and what not, easy as that.
However, like Devi said, if you want to plan how you and your partner want to meet up, then by all means, be my guest. (Pun not intended)
Also, just for reference when the RP starts, the fans will all be out in the lobby while the fighters will start out inside the main ballroom, the RP itself will start about ten minutes or so before the doors are open for the dance to begin. The fighters/fans will be allowed to speak to each other if they wish while they wait.
However, like Devi said, if you want to plan how you and your partner want to meet up, then by all means, be my guest. (Pun not intended)

Without any fans or any sort of crowd to occupy the massive space within the dance hall, the room was awfully quiet. Abbas sat on the edge of the slightly raised dance floor and looked at his watch. "7:20 huh? Ten minutes to go." He muttered
Looking around at his fellow fighters, only four total, he sighed, "Is this the most people we could get to attend?" He said out loud, to no one in particular. He adjusted his collar and checked his sleeves, making sure they looked alright, and went back to looking at the doors.

Sarah stood outside for a few seconds. Despite being first in line it actually took her a few deep breaths to muster up the courage to meet someone who could very easily bisect her within a matter of seconds. Even if she did like him and even if she did invite him here. It didn't take too long for her to muster up the courage though and she pushed gently through the door within a matter of moments wondering exactly what awaited her.
She looked around at the gladiators that had decided to attend this event. She recognized Abbas almost immediately but she wanted to know who had bothered to show up so far. The group she saw was definitely an interesting enough bunch.
