Well, it's October.

For me, this means Oktoberfest, costumes, harvest parties, and scary themed stuff. In light of that last point, I've decided to toss up this thread.

The thread is for "Ten Word Terrors."

Obviously, this means a horror story/scene that consists of only ten words (or less). The point of this thread is for LEGIT scary stuff not "Barney's Cleanup Song on forced repeat in a locked chamber." Although that's horrible and mentally scarring, you know the shit I'm going for. Creepy ass things.

So, post your Ten Word Terrors.

My own, to get things started:


#1: Tired and someone hugs you. You're alone in the room.

#2: Friend shows up for dinner. He died in 1998.
