I'm pretty sure this is more of a lower body strength thing than an aerodynamic thing. If it was, then most people would be able to run that quickly after only a little bit of training.

Where did he get these skills, and how far do they go? (How quickly can he make things, how much material does he need, is he some kind of miracle worker in regard to this area of expertise? We need more details.)

Why can he breathe ice? Why can he run fast? Being able to use any bladed weapon isn't really a weapon, anyone can use a bladed weapon.
