I use Pivot. I've been using it for a year and a half now and I'm pretty good at it, but I don't know how to put them on here.

Save it as an animated gif.

Upload it to an image hosting site like www.photobucket.com or www.antiup.net (I think it hosts gifs, =/)

Then copy and paste the direct link inbetween
