Okay, we all know about the 3 dimensions that our world and space inhabits. We are also connected to the forth dimension which is time.

It is this dimension that allows movement. As with out time everything stands still, and there is no measurable dimension to anything.

So in other words we need time to exist, right?
So what happens if something isn't connected to the dimension of time does it actually physically exist or is it a physical object with mass but with no energy. Or what.
DEBATE -

*Is an object "physical" if it isn't interwoven in the dimension of time?
*Can an object exist if it isn't interwoven in the dimension of time?

Edit: I thought that I'd kick off the debate section off the summer lull.

Lawl, what made you think to much without "recharging" at school eh?

As think about it, all of the laws of physic rely on movement, which come directly from time.

I thought it was commonly accepted that time wasn't a dimension itself but flowing through all three?

Beh, in string theory(or M theory can't remember which one) it is a dimension, so yeah.

Anyway debtate on the topic as it is theoretical anyway so it doesn't mean it is true in any way.

Since it does not exist in the dimensions of movement it cannot be seen, felt, heard, or smelt.

Therefore for all intents and purposes it doesn't exist.

Are you trying to link this to entanglement in some way?

I am saying that our world, in habits 3 dimensions plus it inter wound into time. Hence why we can move and what not.

The debate is can something that is in say our three dimension but not inter wound in time, could we see it, or what would its state be.

Ohshi-

I totally reversed that, well if it was reversed you could connect it to entanglement.

I honestly can't think of anything intelligent to say, some things off the top of my head:

Object at Absolute Zero, which would be invisible because light would transfer energy to it.

Some sort of hole in space for no good reason except that I can't wrap my head around what your asking, because it's illogical.

Absolute zero just means that it has no energy. It still is there though.

But since it has no energy to move through time it cannot move through space and does not possess any energy and for all purposes doesn't exist.

But it still has physical dimensions, yet it can't be touched.

We can only view the fourth dimension (time) in snap shots. Every moment we live is a snapshot of the fourth dimension. The view the fourth dimension as a whole, we would have to be in the fourth dimension. What we would see is just a line, similar the the first dimension.

But because we exist in the third dimension, we can never view time all at once. Same goes if we existed in the second dimension, we could only see cross sections of the third dimension if they crossed our 2 dimensional plane.

This thread is not for the discussion of aliens.

Also anyway, I had a thought, wouldn't the object be "eternal" while at the same time no-existant, as it is unchanging and unmovable. So if you where in it, you would see every part of the the normal three dimensions, while at the same time seeing nothing.
