Imagine, I go smoke.
First, I pay like almost 1/10'th million euros on sigarets.
Oh shit! I get cancer!
Lets pay half a million to take care of it and kill the tumor!
This sucks, I spend 6/10'th a million euros on sigarets, and I'm still addicted!

If smoking ever becomes illegal then how many common day folks will become criminals through buying smokes illegally and smoking them?
Making it illegal will not only **** the government over with the lack of tax money they'd get from it, but it would wreck the general public.
Infact, if YOU imparticular, get a law passed that smoking is illegal, i will ****ing stab you.
I'm going to smoke in my free world.

Quote from MiniManAnd while were at it lets ban guns, cars, alcohol, blunt objects, high bridges, knives, motorcycles, airplanes and ANYTHING that has EVER killed anyone.
I lol'd .
As for my opinion on "smoking, illegal or legal?" I think smoking should not be illegal but it should have more restrictions, as being sold in smaller quantities. It's not such a deadly drug since it does not have an immediate effect on health so that smokers can actually stop when it's getting bad for their health. BUT, the law restricting smoking in public places has still not been applied in certain small states, 80% of the smoke from the cigars is not inhaled by the smoker!

You can't really compare something that kills those who choose to do it to something like guns which help people kill other people.

what? no that won't happen that doesn't make any sense at all.
anyways, it shouldn't be banned.
as long as I'm only killing myself, it shouldn't bother anyone when I light up a cig.

Let's look at this from a SCIENTIFIC perspective!
Nicotine is one of the most addictive drugs, and at the same time, somehow gives you less pleasure than other drugs!
Thus it, if anything, should be banned first.
That not mentioning lung cancer.
Now I think about it, happy people tend to have better immune systems (including cell cleanup), giving them a lower chance of lung cancer.
So if you do weed and smokes, you should be fine.
They've already banned smoking indoors at public places here, and it has a great effect, all the bars now have tables outside and the air inside is generally less irritating.
