What games should I get? I'm getting Mario Kart, Super Mario Galaxies, Super Smash Bros Brawl, and No More Heroes as soon as I can, and I'm going to get Dead Rising: Chop Till' You Drop after it is released.

Sounds like you are hitting most of the good ones. of the games I have that I would recommend:

Zack and Wiki - fun point and click adventure/puzzler with a lot of style. Can be somewhat boring though.

Zelda twilight princess thing: pretty fun, retains classic zelda formula. Motion controls don't add or subtract from gameplay. Main quest is great but sidequests are a letdown compared to past Zelda games.

Godfather Wii: Was fun when I played it, but might seem like a letdown now that GTA4 is out. Motion controls implemented extremely well. Grabbing a guy and throwing him to the ground is extremely rewarding. I felt it didn't do the book or movie justice in the storytelling department, however.

Look up Twilight Mod. It's something where you can mod the Wii with an SD card and Twilight Princess. There is a wiki on it. There was also another Wii mod but I forget the name.

Metroid Prime 3: Corruption - Long, aweosme story experiece. I just don't like how you can't swap between beam types.

You might also want to try out some of the WiiWare games on the Shop Channel if you can connect your Wii to the Internet.

Dead Rising looks like it's gonna be the same experience as the original, except with a Wiimote. Defend Your Castle looks amazing, it's one of those downloaded games or whatever. SSBB is fun with friends, but boring otherwise.

Dead Rising is MUCH more gimped than the 360 version. Really, go look at screenshots, they look like they were taken in 1990. Defend your castle is on this site. SSBB is horrible compared to Brawl, and the devs didn't even THINK when they mapped the keys for the wiimote.

And yes, EVERYBODY (Except only Wii-Sports playing casuals) who has gotten the wii at launch is bored with it now. After the novelty of it has grown out of you you realize it's a horrible system.

1. I said the experience, not the graphics, you stupid cunt. The gameplay itself is going to be about the same, and no, not 1990. More around 1999.

3. I assume they changed the controls to be different than SSBM after deciding to allow Gamecube controllers, just to change it up. That's why I use a Gamecube controller. I'm not a fucking idiot.

I play it pretty often, and I realize it's a casual system with some aspects that still attract hardcore gamers.
