However, the problem with this section is obvious. No one is going to use the section to just post their layouts and stuff. Everyone is just going to lauch their own site and use the section to advertise.

Yeah, I'd second Dudeman here. Advertising their shitty sites and forums.

Rules are rules, and if we enforced them, the section could actually be a good idea? Mostly noobs will be the only ones advertising, and after a stern hand on it, I don't think it would be much of a problem. I think it would be worth a try. Layouts, scripts, ideas and help. I mean, what's the worst that could happen? A little bit of noob advertising, and the section gets closed? I'd love to see this idea tried out.

The only problem is: we have enough of an advertising problem without that section. I ravage sigs of links all the time (old and new members).

People are desperate become desperate for traffic.

Besides, it won't be just a little noob advertising. Everybody will do so. There will be an ad flood.

I don't think much people around here even know how to make a website.

I still think it would be worth a try. Just a small, teeny little try. I'm not arguing, just saying.

What about if we had a mod specifically for that section?
