Alright then. There are many rules out there that I think you'll find are not enforced completely. I don't mean just this forum either. Hardly any cop is going to pull someone over for going two or three miles an hour over the speed limit. There are signs all around where I live that warn of a huge fine for littering, but there is still garbage laying in the street. That rule in particular is there to discourage threads of this nature, because they do little to contribute to the forum, just like the anti-littering signs are put in to discourage that act, but rarely is someone going to actually be fined for it.
If you have an issue with our rules, take it up with Crazy Jay, ZuLu or Dudeman, as they are the admins and actually decide what the rules of the forum are.

1. Who said I don't care about rules? You're the one accusing me of it just because I delete your posts, which is pretty ironic because by deleting your posts, I'm getting rid of spam which is against the rules. I guess that would mean I do care about the rules.

2. I already told you, I don't give handouts. I only ban people when they break the rules and if they don't particularly enjoy bans, muttonhead. Or should I say Gray Fox.
