The anim needs better spacing and movements however I do like the smoothness.

spacing? whats rong with it...?
and what EXACTLY is smoothness?
is it the opposite of stiffness?

An animation is a series of images changing really fast to fool the mind into thinking it's moving if there is an odd speed change it looks choppy yet if it stays eased and within the laws of speed it looks smooth.

its smooth yet the spacing is incorrect because you eased at the wrong times.

ah...was it wehn his arms were on the floor?

He should have moved farther back before his arms hit the ground thats okay though flaws are to be expected wen mentoring.
