The walk, run and flip was horrible
The horrible= Uneased, stiff and no physics
The walk wasn't good at all..
The flip, run and walk was
1.Stiff
2.Uneased
3.No Physics
4.Slow
5. Unrealistic at all
Don't use that ground.

Easing is like a car. It starts slow and it gets faster than eventually it slows and stops.
