Definitely good.
There isn't much resizing.
It was smooth.
The Proportions of the body were okay.Just maybe make the whole body shorter and the legs longer..that's a detail.
The punch was good,good anticipation I think,saw the force as well.
You are going to be one of the best fullbody animators here.

There is just one thing I dont like about it,watch the arms when he jumps :|
But that's another detail.
Overall it's really good fullbody animation
