i know i should prolly stick to the beginners thread but, i want to actually have comments on my pivots. even if you say it sucks, its at least something, whereas in the beginners section nobody replies to them.

i dont think they are exactly my best work but its only my 2nd and 3rd.

Not bad.
However, your real problem sets with all the other beginners.
And that is, easing.
You will notice that your animation looks "laggy", where it's not smooth. You should add more frames between them..
Easing is something like this if you don't know:
|-|--|---|----|-----|----|---|--|-|
Like that, it's how much you should move for a whole movement, per frame.
