i dont think your effects, such as the dust/wind behind the running guy in speed hurts, was very good. the sticks were drawn like you just started (omg i wonder why) but it looks like you might be improving. you should still stick with very basic stuff, trust me im still in the basic practice part of flash.

btw, you prolly shouldnt be bumping so much. you'll piss off the scary ppl who like to yell at newbies.

It was nice for a first, I suggest you take a little more frames for the particles. Also like most said, check some tuts, but you are doing good.

Its quite good,but try to focus on animation as an animation,I think you should slow it down a bit and work on basic movements,just my opinion :)
