I beg to differ. It was barely a comedy to people who haven't watched Shawn of the Dead and Spaced billions of times.

Almost all the jokes are just Spaced references.

i've seen shawn of the dead plenty of times.

i haven't seen spaced.

yeah, hot fuzz was funny, but it felt more like an action movie then a comedy.

Which should I choose. The pioneers of comedy which is Monty Python or Shaun of the Dead. I had more laughs with Shaun of the Dead so I will choose that one. Thanks
