February 29th, 2008:
**** the clock and **** you.

Ok, the concept is a little bit more difficult this time around, so sit down, and listen hard.

Because of the awesome number of people we have left (if you weren't paying attention, 7) I decided to do a little... cameo of sorts. Most of you are familiar with who I am and some of the things I've done, some of you have not. Either way it doesn't really matter because I'm going to explain something to you right now.

I've been plotting out a series for many, many years now which has been referred to primarily as "TSS". What does that stand for you ask? The Seventh Sage. How convenient right? It almost looks like I planned on there being seven left, but I didn't just turned out that way.

So, instead of saving the speculation, I'm going to tell you there are 7 sages, each of them the master of his or her own element.

The seven elements being:
Fire
Ice
Wind
Light
Shadow
Thunder
Earth

Each is a unique character with his or her own traits and weaponry, and each of you will inherit one sage to make your own, stick or full figure. Be creative here guys.

Tentionmaru: I've assigned you to Guardian, the Sage of the Earth. In the story he is a massive flowstone golem, and basically the shattered remnants of a dead sage. Do what you will with him... be creative. For your reference, a picture: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v60/Fr0zEnPh0eNiX/img068.jpg
Weapon of choice: Stone

Pepeto: Might as well do this in contrast eh? You get to have the joy of Abyssus, the Sage of Fire. She is ages old and crazy good at her element. Do what you will with her: http://fr0zenph0enix.deviantart.com/art/Scythe-Lady-74674794
Weapon of choice: Monster Scythe

NTG: You seem to implement your surroundings very well.. so why not take to Thunder, the sage of.. electricity. He is a large-caped madman who can fly and manipulate/create electrical charges. Have fun: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v60/Fr0zEnPh0eNiX/TStand.jpg Thunder is the one on the foreground, guardian is in back >.>
Weapon of choice: Hand to Hand

Xelectroid: Against a sage as fierce as Thunder, you need someone equally fierce. I've assigned to you Shadow, the sage of Darkness. Simply put, he is a beast. He can move unfairly fast and his weapon of choice is a wooden pole. His movement speed and ability to predict make him an excellent opponent for Thunder: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v60/Fr0zEnPh0eNiX/WShadow.jpg
Weapon of Choice: Hand to Hand

LN3uq: I've assigned to you someone special, but who cares, it's all about the element. You get Cyrus, the sage of Light. Like Shadow, he can move very fast. He can also convert his entire body to light, blind opponents, hurl beams at people, and so on, use your imagination: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v60/Fr0zEnPh0eNiX/img028.jpg (left one)
Weapon of choice: Hand to hand

Nhazul: Last but not least, you get Glacialis, the sage of Ice. Not too much to say about this one aside from that ice kicks ass. She can do anything you can think of with ice... enjoy:http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v60/Fr0zEnPh0eNiX/Glacialis-3.jpg
Weapon of Choice: Staff

Grubber: You are one lucky duck. You get the most powerful and potentially coolest sage of them all, Orion, the sage of Wind. Orion has vowed neutrality and refuses to contest by fighting his fellow man, however, when a monsterous demon rains from the sky he has no other choice but to defend himself and his friends from this new evil. You're assignment is to do battle against a beast of epic proportions. Be creative, this needs to be something that all the other sages would fear and probably be destroyed by.

The matchup and location:
Pepeto vs. Tentionmaru > Atop a crumbling tower erected from a lake

NTG vs. Xelectroid > A hellish battle field (think really hellish)

Ln3uq vs. Nhazul > Whipping through the sky

Remember: You don't have to animate the characters, only their element. Anything else you add is bonus.

Grubber will be judged just like everyone else, only the difference is whether or not his animation is on par with everyone else... just wanted to clear that up.

--------
January 29th, 2008: Ok, the match-up has been determined at random, view your opponents, measure each other up, and get ready to kick some serious ass.

Pepeto vs. Tentionmaru

NTG vs. Xelectroid

Ln3uq vs. Nhazul

Grubber

Scared Grubber? You should be, but don't worry too hard yet, I wouldn't eliminate you based off of random chance, that would be downright evil. The concept will be coming later tonight, and the clock will thereby begin ticking.

January 28th, 2008:
Ok guys, the results are in and the winners have been announced, go look at the old thread to see if you're in or out:
http://www.stickpageportal.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1122304&postcount=1

The new brackets are currently being set up and a new concept for this round is being fleshed out as I type this...

Also, if you are wondering why I've waited as long as I have to move to this round, it is to allow people to finish their exams... since exam time just happened.

Now, if you do the math, you'll notice there are only seven of you total, that means that only six of you will be able to contest one other person. This brings to light an interesting scenario by which I mean for the odd man out... I'll release what I intend to do here in a short time.

Check back in a few hours.

Ok, all winners pick a number one through seven, be sure not to pick the same number as anyone else, this will establish your opponents! Post them here!

Ugh, is there somewhere where all these are posted, because I don't think they were all posted in the last thread and I want to see them.

I'm going to go check the flash section.

Number one!

I can't believe I won!

Nah, seriously, the comments make me think I really have to lift my game when it comes to actually animating well.

Oh, okay. Well everything can be fixed with practice.

I think I was too harsh on you people, sorry.
