I think Sonic Adventure DX has the best music out of so many games. It makes up for the shit animation :/

The soundtrack to Sim City 3000

SC4's soundtrack is way mediocre compared to the AWESOME work that was put into 3000's.

Jet Set Radio Future has an incredible mix of original and liscenced tracks.

I wish Hideki Naganuma's music was more accessible. I don't even know if he makes music outside of the JSR soundtrack.
