So. I had to reformat my hard drive today. I lost all of my shit. Over 25 gigs of music, and a ton of other random shit that I had accumulated over the years.

It is kinda refreshing knowing that all of the shit that was on here before is gone. I had a shit load of viruses that just wouldn't go away. I'm trying to get my music from my ipod onto my computer, but I have to download a bunch of stuff in the process and I didn't feel like doing it right now.

Luckily I have an external harddrive thing. The bad part is that it only holds 30 gigs which means I would still lose a lot of my music.

Well bet ur computers a bit faster thats the only good that comes out of reformatting unless you had a reason like.... Virus or something

Only 30 of my 500 gigabytes of memory are on my internal hard drive, but if I ever had to reformat it I'd go insane. Most of my main programs are on there, and about half of my music.

ITs faster i bet thats the only good that comes out of reformatting unless you had a virus then thats good to i guess

Do you download by albums?

If you're an enthusiast and you just download the complete discographies of every band you like, it's not that hard to get a lot of music.

I'd have at least 150 gigabytes of music if my torrent rates weren't complete shit.

I don't just download by albums. I download by discographies.
