Practicing individual songs isn't really important with this style of game, increasing your overall skill is pretty much the only way to get better at songs you can't beat.

Stepmania is a rhythm game that functions the exact same way as DDR, with the keyboard's arrow keys being the method of input instead of a dance pad.

also gyohdon, exilement is r8 gud and you get good at it fairly fast.

Like when I first started iI was like 'WAHT NO WAI' at some song, and 2 months later I could combo it.

When I started playing it.. maybe 1 to 1 1/2 a day?

Now I don't really play at all. I haven't even opened SM since those videos were made.

I just have a natural talent at rhythm games. I was able to play hard on GH after a day of playing it, expert after a month. I started playing drums on RB on hard, switched to expert after about two weeks, and now I'm one of the top 50 players worldwide. And I literally have never played DDR before last summer, and after three games I was playing Heavy on some of the harder levels.

Oh, and I don't need to be a part of this contest. I'm going to play whatever you post, whether I'm in it or not, and post what I can do. Feel free to call whoever the best participating member is the winner.

I'm gonna leave you in anywho, since we're short for numbers.

hahah i used to be amazing at this a few years ago. I'll give this a try, although i doubt i'll compare to anyone here.
