The main problem with your drawings is anatomy.

Try drawing the basic shape of a human over and over again. You have to master that basic figure. Then you can make your own characters, etc.

Then practice shading, since your drawings show no depth. Try playing with contrast.

Regarding all that, all you have to do is practice. I'm looking forward to your progress.
