Don't mind the messed up moving head in the first few frames, i can fix that. I was mainly focused on the punch itself. Pointers, tips, comments, etc. would be greatly appreciated. I followed this tutorial. - http://www.stonesbucket.com/upload/view_upload.php?id=cmA6LcSV
And this was my result. I'm not sure how you get it so it's not wobbly. I have a tablet and what not but i can't trace with a brush that well.
Here's the animation. -

The upper body actually didnt look too bad until the very end as his arm dropped (it resized queit a bit).
Tuts and practise is all I can say.

You need one more frame before the punch to show that the the forward arm goes back and the back arm [punching arm] is going forward.
It doesnt look like they switched.
Hope you understand. Hard to explain.

Alright, thanks for the advice. I also noticed the resizing as well when he goes to punch.

Imo, the resizing isnt really that big of a deal. When he punches, he needs to lean more into it. I took the liberty of screen caping the frame of the punch and drew a line of action down the frame of the guy, and then drew a line of action where I think it should have been. Off to the side is the differences of the 2 stances.
