From what I understand, this new dashboard won't have all the long-ass delays that the old one has when you change to a different blade.

Looks good. More organized, easier to navigate, nicer looking.

Hmm. From what I see I'm not half as excited for the new update. The interface and how it looks seems almost childish? I will reserve my judgment for the actual thing.

I wish instead of the menu looping when you scroll up and down, that the lowest menu was Welcome and you can just hit down on the D-pad or joystick a bunch of times and get to that menu, instead of having to scroll through slowly to get to it.

Oh well.

Actually, I'll agree that they're stolen. I just don't think that's such a bad thing. After all, they're trying to grab a higher market share from the casual gaming scene, and I'm sure the current interface didn't seem very friendly to the soccer moms and female cosmetology students they picked up for testing. It makes business sense.

Plus, they're still making it their own, especially the avatars, which are less cartoony and more customizable than Miis.

It doesnt matter if its original or not. As long as my gaming experience is maxed to its full potential then im happy. And I love the fact the animated avatars are made by rare, they know how to make things ie: Viva Pinata. At least I hope they made VP or im going to look like a dick.

Yeah, if the vision camera was ripped from Sony, then the Eyetoy (Sony's cam) was ripped from the CoffeCam made to watch the coffee pot at Cambridge university's Computer Science Department, which was active from 1991 to August 2001. This site used to allow users to download the latest image, but not since it was shut off.
