Well, here is what to work on:
-choppiness
-and use a higher frame rate

That's your first flash? For your first flash, that's rather impresive. You should work on wobbliness and cleanness of the sticks. ALso, Don't make the sticks disappear. Work on blood.

erm...i'll try to keep the bodys in, but i would have to draw them over and over, and it takes longer ^^'

No you won't. If you use different layers for diferent sticks, you can leave them there.
