It probably depends on your time zone. In fact, it most likely does. Rather cheesy sent me a copy of his beautiful clock for my collab. It gets the current time in your area, hence the code, getDate();, or getMilliseconds(); or something. It's the time left in your region until midnight.

This is correct, the timer was to give a rough time, I'm not usng it for the EXACT deadline, if you submit it to me before your timer runs outthough you should be guaranteed entry

Not until the collab itself comes out on the portal. Then you may do what you wish with your entries. But until the final collab comes out you can't show it to anyone.
