you need to "pronounce" the easing a little more (exaggerate it), and then learn the exact movements for stuff. Like the running looks shit (no offence), not because of the easing or anything, but due to the lack of...you know... It's just not in the right position. Just read a couple of tutorials on the specific things you want.

C&C: anyway i think the easing and smoothing is ok. only a little rust from what i see, but trying easing it with some wacky joints like in my ani above. Also try an easing step kick punch combo. Oh and for god sakes make his arms shorter than his legs!!!
