I think it should definately stay. I don't want a ton of "lol" posts by these Rabstar guys.

If you actually stick around and have meaningful posts you sort of learn how to bypass the 15 char rule easily. And the 15 char rule helps keep the noobs from spamming and semi-forces them to at least give a review on animations in order to comment on them at all.

What about a Pivot Portal?

EDIT// Having thought about my suggestion of a Pivot Portal, I've decided to seriously try and argue for one, check out Poll section.

What about that 20 posts before you can post a link rule? It doesn't effect me in the slightest now but when someone that has like 10 posts put's a link to an animation. The link is all broken, it's just a matter of convience but I think it should be removed.

That rule stops spammers and bots posting shock images and ads.

And it's real easy to cheat too...
